Tips are not to be expected, but earned. If you do not provide superb service, then you should not expect much in the way of tips.

Go the Extra Mile

If your guest asks for an extra napkin or towel, bring more than one. Just don’t go overboard.

Give Your Name

Make sure your guests know your name. This will help them to connect with you on a personal level. Ask their names and use them. People like to hear their names.

Use Humor
